Dose anyone have any information about the big land clearing of this land. Also has anyone else been told their private land will be taken? ie have there garden taken. Els Poblets town hall say it is sold, they won’t say who to, or what is going to be built, in fact they were very nasty, they have an English speaking person and they would not talk, they said I had to speak Spanish ( I wish) but it dose not seem transparent at all. I would be glad to hear from anyone who knows. Many thanks

I have read that travel outside Spain is restricted to 10 months in aggregate over a period of 5 year period when residing in Spain on a NLV. Is this strictly applied? Does it literally mean I wouldn't be able to visit a neighbouring European country, for short break, using the train or driving my own car without it affecting some of this 10 month allowance? As a passport would not be required for this travel how would this be monitored by the Spanish authorities?  I am keen to start my application for the NLV but feel the restriction on travel outside Spanish borders, if strictly enforced, is a bit too draconian for me. I meet all the other criteria necessary to gain this visa.

I would be grateful for any relevant advice/insights on this matter.

Fix some laminate flooring, put extract in bathroom 

We have lived in Spain for over 7 years now are beyond retirement age both have our SIP cards and have enjoyed free prescriptions since we have been here. However for the past 3 months I have been charged 10% for my prescriptions whilst my wife still has no charge. The chemist can’t seem to offer an explanation, any ideas why this is happening please.

I need someone to replace some persiana belts - mostly worn through and need replacement soon.
