I am trying to get a good deal on local courses around Benidorm, Altea etc to include a buggy for around 4 golfers on a 3 day schedule over say 5 or 6 days...seems very expensive when booking directly with the courses especially the good ones!

Any advice ?

I need an experienced gardener for my large well established garden in La Nucia

Bought a property  15 months ago, selling now but haven't  got a copy  of the habitaciones  certificate ( seller must have had one aside here for many years, and so it  must be under 2 years old!)  So wondering  how I go about  asking  at the town hall for a copy ( paper,,email , pdf etc).

Any particular  office or department  in la nucia  Town Hall or online that deals with and can assist with obtaining  a copy?

Hi folks. I wondered if anyone knew of a local place (La Nucia and surrounding) where I could get my hands on old railway sleeper-style wood or similar for upscaling in DIY projects? Many thanks! 

The Spanish Consulate in England granted us a NLV in September. We just had to get an appointment at Benidorm police station to take our fingerprints to complete the process. We are unable to get an appointment. Has anyone managed to get one? If so how did you do it?  Is anyone in the same position as ourselves. Also, although our S1 has been pre-registered as part of our original application we are unable to get it fully registered until we get the TIE. This has meant that we are unable to access social services and other health services fully which has been a problem as my partner had an operation for a brain tumour in December and is now unable to walk. If anyone has any information or suggestions as to how we may resolve any of these problems we would really appreciate your support. Thank you.
