Hi All.  I've just bought a property in the Campo and I need to change the water bill into my name.  I understand I need to contact Regantes but I cant find their office in La Romana.  I have been told they have moved? Does anyone know where they are? Thanks.

Does anybody know how I can download, activate and use the Cl@ve to download and print out my Padron Certificado de Empadronamiento document?   Can I open a Cl@ve account myself from my home private computer?

It seems that most properties 90+ percent do not have the certificate. Whether it's waste or water resons etc.

Is this a huge problem when buying

Any info would be appreciated as we get conflicting reports

We're considering buying a villa in Romana,  however if we do we will have to put in a new up to date cesspit AND water filters as the water supply comes from underground. 

Any advice is helpful re costs and whether it's worth it or not, as ghe villa doesn't come with the accommodation certificate.

Late mother passed away in England; she has 3 direct heirs.  She had a Spanish Sabadell bank account in Alicante.  Proceeds from the sale of the Spanish estate remained in her Sabadell bank account, which also shows transactions made with Wise online merchant bank account.

Does anybody know what are all the inheritance legal forms and inheritance tax forms required? 

How can all the heirs receive the money, cancel and close her Sabadell bank account in Spain (or England)?

Does this financial inheritance need to be declared in Spain (SUMA inheritance tax office) and England (HMRC)?

She also had a Wise (formerly TransferWise) online merchant bank account, so does anybody also know what all the he inheritance legal forms and inheritance tax forms required?  How can all the heirs receive the money, cancel and close her Wise online bank account in Spain and England?

Are all the forms to be signed, dated and completed by all the direct heirs?

Has anybody had problems with private courier services NOT delivering paid orders anywhere in Spain? 
What was your solution?

My local post office suggested I paid an extra €30 per year to have an EC number and that should help.
Has anybody added an EC number to their post office address?  Did this help?

All my paid orders never arrive.

Hello. My wife and I are seriously considering moving to the fringes of the valley in la romana. May seem a ridiculous question but any help would be appreciated. 

Weather.  Is it in the 40s in summer and freezing in the winter? I've read varied reports 

Is there much to do there?

How far from the coast? Again   varied distances.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
