We are waiting for house sale to be complete and I want to find out what is the best internet service (cable) to have installed.

In the UK I have a 200mb pipe from Virginmedia is there anything like this and will I get Cable in Montebello ?

In addition looing for TV packages (english TV and sport)

Any advice is welcome.

I opened a Santander 123 account a three months ago, I dont have a debit card and up until now have not been charged until this month. I have paid in the required sum each month but now I have been charged 12 euros - the entry states CONTRACT LIQUIDATION. I have sent an email but have not received a response yet.

I have no direct debits on the account so dont understand what the charge is for.

Does anyone know what this is

So my wife and I have just had an offer accepted on a property in Montebello so hopefully by January we will arrive, it would be good to meet people when we come over (Covid allowing). As I still work in the UK we will be over as often as possible.

Hi I am considering the purchase of a house on the Montebello urbanisation.

Can anybody tell me how long it takes to walk into Quesada say to the arches. I'm not sure if you have to follow the road or is there a tunnel to the other side of the motorway.

I am impressed with the properties but gather it is a quiet area and may need to walk out for a beer and some life.

Any other info on Montebello as to nice walks community and how friendly it is would be appreciated.

Hi, we are looking at buying a property in montebello as a holiday home, however the property we are looking at needs quite a bit of work doing to it (mostly cosmetic) new Windows, doors, kitchen, painting. As we live in uk we have no idea where to go. If anyone could give me as much information as possible on where to go for these things or handyman services. I would be very grateful. Also if like as much information on the area as possible, so please feel free to fire away. 😊
