Wanted gardener 2hours weekly mutxamel many thanks

Our house is situated in Cotoveta Mutxamel. We operate an LG Smart tv with a modem, Sim Card and Orange internet. Tv Vlaanderen installed and working. There is no cable/fiber to connect at our house. It simply was not placed in that area of the street. They stoppen 3 doors before ours. Wifi is not strong enough! A satellite sits on the roof But is not connected. Do i need to buy an antenna to operate the tv? Is there another way to have good internet in the house to operate smart Tv ? Any suggestions for that Region? Thanks a lot.

• I am enquiring how we renew our Non Residency Certificates.
• We have owned a property for 17 years in the Alicante area and up to this year had a Spanish bank account. Due to the poor and deteriorating relationship at Sabadell plus increasing charges we have cancelled our bank accounts and moved to an Italian online bank which pays most DD's, provides Debit cards and we can do bank trnsfers all for free. 
• Previously the bank would renew our Certificate - when they remembered to do so.  There were times when they didn't and then froze our account. Great if you had just come to stay at the property' and you can't withdraw funds from your account.

As a temporary resident,with permanent residency coming in Jan next year, I currently pay for convenio especial. Will that still be the case when permanent residency kicks in.
