Did you know that you can make an official complaint to the Spanish equivalent of the ombudsman if all your official complaints to the ayuntamiento are falling on deaf ears? The Defensor del Pueblo is where you need to go. I didn't know this (many Spanish people don't know this either).
The Valenciano ombudsman is the Sindic de Greuges. Send copies of all your official complaints, photos, etc. When they receive enough complaints about the same ayuntamiento, they investigate. Ondara has a reputation for being particularly catatonic when it comes to enforcing its own by-laws, sadly.

I know that online applications for Padron renewal in Javea are possible, has anyone successfully managed to do that in Ondara? I have copies of the existing Padron, passports and residencia - it would be so much easier if it can be done online. Appreciate any advice
