Nationality ins  number holiday ins proof of where you staying and a letter of permission to stay . It’s our daughter’s house . So many more things we are in our late 70 and have come to PEGO over 20 years . Can anyone help

Hi I suffer from arthritis in my fingers and toes. I have heard that the Costa Blanca is a great place to live to get relief from this condition. Some people attribute this to the presence of salt flats on the coast and that these salty areas make the air good for arthritics...... Would any Forum member with ideas about this please let me know what you think.

We are about to renew our year 2/3 visa on 16/03/25

We are not married but have been together for 38 years and have 2 grown up children 

For the renewal My partner needs to be my dependent.We were told to get a Perejo de Hecho but the Notary wants a certificate to prove our marital status proving we are single and I just don't know what to do or How !!!!!

Has any couple in the same situation got any advice 🫤

I own a rental in Pego and its rather tired. It has an older couple in it as tenants. They are mother-in-law and son-in-law. They have divided the 2 bed villa into upstairs and downstairs living areas - and live semi-independently. When they depart next summer I want a project manager to take charge of a refurb. An estate agent will advise because the house will be sold after the refurb. The project manager needs to have a checkable track record of successful work of this kind. Builders can apply. But independent project mangers will be preferred.

I live in UK and I have a house I rent out in Pego. Local Spanish banks are fine if you live 'in the sun' all the time. But if you are normally resident in UK and have a problem with your bank account, like needing to replace credit cards, or you need a new password for online banking, it is difficult to get the problems sorted from afar. I am looking for a Spanish bank which does ordinary retail banking but has a branch in UK (with English speaking staff) where account holders can go to get problems sorted out. Has anyone found a bank like that in Spain?
