Hello all I hope you can help or advise If you have agreed with a builder to get some work done, he started but hasn’t completed I have rung email etc but he hasn’t responded to anything. Hello all is there anyone out there that can give me an answer regarding planning, our community have told me I have to go to the town planner regarding turning my garage SPACE into a proper garage ie walls, and a door, my question is how long would this take, from submitting the plan to getting it approved either way, many thanks
