Following a successful driving license test at a Health center, my husband and I need to apply for a Spanish driving license (to exchange our UK license for the Spanish one). Does anybody know where exactly (probably in Torrevieja) we need to go and what is the procedure. Can we do it alone, or we need a solicitor? Thank you

I own a property in U.K. and also in Spain. When I apply for the visa is there any tax implications on the property in the U.K. I am not renting it out

We had a couple of tiles fly off the roof on Saturday due to high winds insurance says wind was not high enough to claim on insurance 🙄 now need recommendation for roofer as its 3rd floor.

I am looking for a qualified yoga teacher to set up and run a weekly class at my house for my female neighbours and other locals.

We have a large garden and heated pool which can be used on a 'not for profit' basis.

I am seriously thinking of relocating to San Miguel. I am an OAP and have a property in SM

Is there anyone out there who could give me some advise of how I go about it and how long does it take.(without being scammed) I understand that there are some scammers about.
