Repsol 13.8kg orange gas cylinder have no idea how much gas is left.

Hi we bought a holiday home last year in Santa Pola close to Playa Tamarit. We have decided to rent it out on Airbnb during the summer period but are really struggling to find a cleaner. Obviously we would like to find someone trustworthy as we live in UK.

Basically someone who can clean in-between Airbnb rentals.

Any recommendations?

i have a holiday home in Santa Pola and my sisters will be going over in a couple of weeks without me, do i need to write them a letter stating where they are staying and that i have given them purmission to stay?

We are about to complete on a house purchase in Santa Pola. Any recommendations on house insurance, does it work similar to UK that the house requires to be occupied for a certain amount of days per year?  Does it need to be buildings and contents insurance? Any ideas of annual costs? Rough price guide would be great for 2 bed house.  Thank you

Any recommendations for reasonably priced car hire in Alicante or Santa Pola area? We are anout to complete on a house purchase and might need to hire a car at certain times when going over to stay in Spain. All of the providers at Alicante Airport seem really expensive with huge deposits held again a credit card. Thank you

Sorry for all the questions recently. We are buying a house in Santa Pola and the premises does not have the internet installed currently. How do I know what providers are available and any indication on installation and ongoing monthly costs?  Thank you. 

I'm going to be in Santa pola for 2 or 3 months from the end of May and I'm looking for Art classes. Even Gran Alacant as its only a 10 minute bus ride from Santa Pola. I'm also looking for exercise classes. Any information would be much appreciated.

Hi there ive just purchased a house in Santa Pola. I can't seem to find any suitable bank accounts which favours UK non residents without fees.  Wise seems to be the one being recommended rather than any of the big Spanish banks.  Welcome some help/guidance.
