Hola one and all...
Last year, I was VERY ILL at home, and I found it so difficult to find a nurse to help me, I am now 76 years of age and live alone.
Today, 'Susi' posted regarding the very same problem!
I responded to this lady, that I had found an EXCELLENT lady who was brilliant for me as a 'carer', at a GOOD price!
I searched my medical papers from the University Hospital here in Torrevieja, and found the details of 'Iveta', who speaks FOUR languages,
and her English was perfect!
I would highly recommend this person to anyone who may need help.
I sincerely hope that Susi was able to contact this person?
I thought that I would post this information on the Costa Blanca Forum, just in case anyone else should need help?
Please refer to to enclosed information.
Good health to you all...
Thank you...Bryan S (Torrevieja).
I am looking for a cheap property to buy. Bungalow/Villa preferred.
Torettas, la siesta, el chaparell, San Luis, Los montesenos, or further area.
Anything considered, happy to renovate, but no ruins. Must be structurally sound with a roof, but don't mind if it needs some roof repairs.
Agents welcome, but Please do not contact me with auction, or occupied properties.
Maximum 50,000 euros
planning to empty my pool for repairs next week. Whats the cheapest way to refill please any suggestions please.. Terry
I wonder if anyone on here could give me some advice. I recently had a huge water leak which occurred outside my apartment (under the communal carpark) but it originated from my apartment. My usual direct debit for water is 72 euros every 3 months and, in October I received a bill for 1,400 euros and then again in January it was almost 2,000 euros as it had been leaking for a while. As soon as my tenants were sent notice of the leak, they immediately reported it and the community insurance covered the repair. However they are refusing to pay for the excess water bill (around 3,000 euros) as they are saying it is up to my insurance company. My insurance company will not pay it as it happened outside my apartment. I have been arguing with the community insurance for a few months now and they will not budge. Would anyone happen to know who is responsible for the leak. I contacted Hidraqua and they are going to request 600 euros (which I am still waiting for) but there is still a substantial amount that I am worried I will have to pay out of my own pocket.
Dear all,
Just to make people aware that I was robbed yesterday by pick pocket/s maybe two who managed to lift a purse out of my man bag after I had just been to the bank.
Which is something I never usually do there.I think I was targeted but it’s to make people aware. It was strange as this occurred either in or just outside the to acid shop on the corner on the he seafront. It was quick and ver slick. They took over 100€. Stay safe and lock up your wallets and purses.
