We own a one bed apartment and are buying a 2 bed apartment soon. We have no will for existing property and we intend to sell the one bed in a few weeks once settled into new purchase. Should we wait for sale of one bed to make a will. Specifically, if we make a will for 2 properties and then sell one, is the will then null and void as we will own only one.

Hi, for years I’ve tried various options to get trustworthy British TV and access to films, sport, box sets etc. Currently I have an aptoide box using various apps, where buffering is a continual issue, as well as a set up that uses Astra satellite, through a central complex setup, which I get a few channels on.

I use Avatel 200mbs for my broadband on a on/off basis, which seems ok.

What I’m looking for is something that I can trust works, providing sport/ films/ box sets/ and TV channels.

I don’t want a satellite dish as I haven’t really got anywhere to put it.

Any recommendations. I live just off the N332 in Los Altos

Hi Folks,  Just in case anyone is in the process of or thinking about buying a car I have just had a very bad experience with Car Outlet es.  The car they sold me broke down the first time I tried to use it then I had to make all the arrangements to get it recovered and taken back to them.  They said they had fixed it and would return it to me but when I mentioned this was a bad experience the manager came on and said we will keep the car and give you your money back. He was abrasive and somewhat aggressive.  The car was delivered late, it was defective and the after service was beyond abysmal.  Just letting you know.
