Hi. Iv been coming to villa martin on holiday for thirty yrs now and im hoping to buy three maybe four properties in the area to rent out as holiday lets through the season and possibly six month let out of season. I would hopefully be using the income from this to live off and as a builder hopefully pick up bits off work over time to top up my income. Initially once the properties are up and running i would like to move out and rent long term slightly inland where rent prices are cheaper. Has anyone on here done this or any advice would be much appreciated, i do realise things could change due to brexit and will be waiting until next yr before making any purchase. Thanks

Hi everyone we have an apartment in villamartin that we were planning to sell for something larger in 3 years when my husband retires however he has been made redundant so we are planning to retire early. Can anyone recommend a good estate agent to sell our property we are in no really hurry as we are aware that property can stay on the market for a long time. We are situated on lomas del golf so we are very close to dolphin properties any reviews for them good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

Would anybody be able to recommend a letting agent that you are having a good experience with in the Villamartin area ? 

We have an apartment in Villamartin, it’s been our first full year and we’ve not had much joy with our current agent, this is not including the past few months of hardship we’ve all been going through.
