Advertiser terms and conditions

We want you to understand the advertiser terms and conditions for the Costa Blanca Forum ("we", "our" or "us").

By agreeing to advertise with us, you confirm you have read and agree to the following:

• You agree to the positions that your advertisement(s) will be shown on our website. If you are unsure of where your advert will be shown please check the relevant page on our website with details of the different types of advertising, or contact us.
• You are free to cancel your advertisement payment(s) at any time. You can cancel your payments by logging into the payment portal you used to make your payment to us, or by contacting us. When you cancel your payments your advertisement may stay online if your advert requires us to remove it manually. You can request it be removed immediately by contacting us.
• If we receive a clear cancellation request and any payments are taken following the date of your desired cancellation then we agree to refund you any payments since your desired cancellation date.
• You agree that we are free to cancel your payment(s) and advertisement(s) at any time and at our discretion. If this was to occur your advertisement would stay online for the length of the term agreed for each payment e.g. if your advertisement is paid for monthly then your advert will stay online for at least the full month after your last payment. If for any reason we need to remove your advertisement before the end of your paid term (e.g. before the end of the month term) then we will refund you the last payment.
• You agree that your business can legally operate in the countries you are registered and operate in.
• You agree that your business can legally operate in the countries that our website is available in.
• You agree that you have ensured your business meets all of the necessary legal requirements before advertising on this website.
