due to a divorce the finca has been empty over ten year, all furniture, light fittings. kitchen, bathroom stolen.
I am looking for 3 quality Spanish builders who speak English, knows the local planning laws and wont rip me off.
after 3 quotes for work, references etc
divorce has skint me so money is tight.
please no English people who claim to be builders

I don't know any builders in your area, but we bought our Finca through Sharon Richards, Live Spain for Life:

She's a lovely lady who has her own finca and her estate agency business in Albatera, and has a number of useful contacts. She's had a couple of her own properties renovated, so I'm sure she could recommend good builders and landscapers in your area. Her number is (00 34) 618 364 956.
