Interested in registering for Airbnb. Any thoughts please?
What are people's thoughts on Airbnb? Thinking of registering my apartment there for it....
Many thanks đź‘Ť

Hi,
I've also used air bnb with good results, if you know someone who is using air bnb, if they recommend you, I'm sure both parties get some money back. (I'm happy to do it, if you don't know anyone else)
Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim, just to clarify - you're an Airbnb host yeah? As in you have a property you let out to Airbnb guests.
Does it work well for you Jim and is it worth it? Do you get a lot of guests availing of it and have you had hassle-free experience with it?
Many thanks Jim,
Sinead.

We did AIRBNB in the UK for a couple of years and started off at a low rate to get reviews. As the good reviews mounted up we started increasing our prices and still kept on getting plenty of bookings. Then we thought was it worth losing our privacy, so we increased the prices even more to cut down the number of bookings, but were still as busy. Gave up when we moved to a new house and decided our privacy was of more value than the money.
Things may be about to change with AIRBNB in Spain as I read they are likely to be fined by another regional Government for advertising properties without the necessary tourist number. However, the Barcelona fine for advertising properties without tourist permits was recently overturned by the courts.

Is that €30.00 Rtn from Alicante airport to Almoradi and back when leaving?
