Maybe it depends on how you look at it, she didnt say anything bad, she did say i was correct, which i was and she explained why, she didnt critise anyone or say anything racist. I had to see my doctor though because i was trying to make a go of it the UK so i was living there (just for all the n...

I was still in there system but said because i hadnt seen my doctor in years i would struggle to get an appointment but im still youngish to not needed to see him, it was just the phoning me part that was the problem because apparently thats what they do in the UK
The receptionist stated, unfortunately we have a duty to THOSE FIRST? = Refugees/Asylum Seekers, clearly agreeing with your comments and being Geordies’ it was said in a much rougher way.

Yes they have a duty to put those first, thats not her fault or decision its the rules set by im assuming the government, had i not jokingly said anything she wouldn't have said anything, she still didnt say anything rasist, neither did i.... Although i wasn't expecting her reply to that. But i do think its grossly unfair that people who have never contributed to the NHS get seen as a priority. I really needed my medication and couldnt even get an appointment. 5years ago was completely different system, called up in the afternoon and i was seen that evening.

So what about the 10 years you had been abroad and all your paperwork is Spanish, except passport as mentioned in your first post.

I went back to work legally but was only there 2 months, my family and i are stil british my kids have duel nationalities, im a spanish resident not a citizen, although i can apply for it now i choose not to. I have all my legal spanish papers (like all residents) but still have a British passport. I have lived abroad for 10years minus the 2 months I worked in the UK. And my birth certificate was also translated into Spanish.

So it would be handy if i could atleast get the first jab whilst there and then fly back here, i know theres a list but young people are now getting done because my mates have had theres ...

I would suggest your mates are having it done because they live in England and contribute to the economy, you can’t have your cake and eat. The nhs is for people who actually live in England not for people who live in other countries but want to just return use the nhs then leave again. I am not ruling out Scotland Wales or Ireland I think the same applies to the whole of the uk.
