My son has asked me to bring some Amber Leaf tobacco back to the UK from the airport, and he says the price is around 54 Euros for 10 packs. I seem to remember seeing two prices shown, and I thought the UK price was higher. Can someone tell me the allowance please, and confirm the approximate price for the UK? Thanks.
The two prices at the airport are duty free for travelling outside the EU and the duty paid price for travelling within the EU.
UK is about 33 quid for a 50g pack and the allowance to UK is 250g.or 5 x 50g packs.

Hi,
The price in June was just under €90 for 10 x 50g Amber leaf, 10 x 30g might be around €54 thI really can’t remember.

see the link above, scroll down to the tobacco section, you can bring back 250 grams of loose tobacco, however if you have a partner they also can bring back the same.
So 5 x 50 or 6 x 40 gram per person

There was a sharp increase in the price of Tobacco in early July.
I paid just under €100 for a 10 x 50g pack of Amber Leaf from the official Tabac shop in San Miguel, the airport will be more expensive.
