Hi Does the blue hotel Guardamar allow paying public use the pool in winter?

We have a apartment in Guardamar we love the beach but is there a pool other than the public pool which starts at 5ft 7 in I'm 5 ft 3 in.Will any hotel or apartments allow the public use there pool.Is there a public pool on the camper van site?
