As anybody imported their Uk car to Spain

Whilst coming to Spain in a NLV.?

These guys did ours a few years ago and the price quoted was spot on. We needed new headlights (old car), fog lights wiring onto the other side and EU COC. Leigh completed all the work while we were back in the UK (car in Spain) and we returned to find car re-plated, taxed, documented and ready to go. Total was 1400 euros to give you an idea of cost

Highly recommended.

You can get an exemption from duty and VAT if you are bringing the car on a permanent relocation basis and can prove you have lived in UK for more than 12 months with the car and that you are no longer resident in UK for tax purposes.

This will cut the cost down considerably and the fee should only be around 300 euro plus, of course, anything you pay for new headlights etc.
