seedlings - where to buy?

I like to grow my own chilli peppers, amongst other things - mostly because I can't grow things from seed to save my life :-)
Can anyone recommend a nursery or garden centre that might be able to help? F'rinstance, I have no idea what peppers are used in Padron Peppers and would love to grow my own.
I'm in Javea, but anywhere in the Costa Blanca would be of interest.
