Can anyone inform me as to how I can get a client's wallet back to him from a car hire firm in Alicante who will not package it up and send it recorded delivery back to England for me please?

In order not to take responsibility or any other risk it's unlikely that the car hire company will do anything but hold your wallet for pick up by any entity acting on your behalf and duly authorized.

Perhpas you contact your local DHL, UPs, FedEx or the like internartional operating courer service branch and contract their service.
