I’ve been waiting all day for a call from Telecable
I’m new to the group so please be patient with me.
I arrived from UK last night to find I didn’t have Excom/Telecable internet. I reported it early moaning after 2 dropped calls. Told I would be contacted by the tech team. My phone rang for a few seconds at approx 6pm so didn’t get chance to answer. I returned the call but it disconnected immediately. Obviously don’t know when they will call again and if it will be another call that I don’t get chance to answer. I’ve been told the call is to make an appointment to visit so it probably won’t be sorted any time soon. Has anyone else had this problem with them?
