Problems getting mobile data on iPhone 13.

Can any one help or suggest a store that can help?

Most Carrefour stores have a Service desk for mobile phone issues, give it a try.

Hi I had similar problem a couple of years ago albeit with a different iPhone. I contacted my service provider, it was something to do with my APN settings, they sent me the settings to my phone and it was sorted in a few minutes.

I have the same issue following a recent IOS update. When I try to access mobile data, a message appears saying “error” and won’t let me go any further. Brought the phone to Media Markt and was informed it’s a software problem and needs to be sent to Apple. As it’s an iPhone X, they’re advice was to replace it as the cost of repairs out of warranty probably wouldn’t be worth it.
