If your electrics trip as a result of turning on anything with an element a faulty appliance is the most likely cause, rather than having too low a potencia
Your boiler is probably faulty and could need repairing/ replacing.
Get someone out to see if it can be repaired.

Heating ellement gone down or a leaking tank and water has shorted it out. Unplug it and take the bottom cover off. you should see if there is a leak if there is spots of water in the under case. If not change the element it is very easy.

DONT REPLACE THE BOILER!!!
I had the same problem recently, changed the boiler, the plug socket, still tripping!
The electrician is scratching his head!
Everything else works from the socket except the new boiler he installed, ran an extension lead to the boiler and it works fine, he’s coming back to look a little deeper,
I would run an extension lead to the boiler first to eliminate that it is actually the boiler.
Good luck.

Interesting, If your kettle, Toster work , The main earth seems not to be connected except through the pipe work of the boiler. Get the electrician to put a megger test on the boiler.
