Do or rather should residents who long term rent a property be included and invited to the AGM and allowed to have an Agenda item included and/ or vote on other items?

Unfortunately no. It's the owner's decision in these matters I'm afraid.

Hello

No,  these things, meetings/votes etc.  are restricted to home owners only ......providing the payment of fees  for the property is up to date.

Cheers

Hi,

My Wife and I are long term renters (over 5 years +) and our Landlord has given us his proxy vote and so we can represent him at AGM,s, so your answer is probably, Yes you can. Just ask Landlord to contact  your Administrator with his permission.

Good luck.

Cheers, Adrian
