Just wish feted for some general advice
As we will shortly be moving over and as part of our Residencia, will need to have 12 months health insurance paid up front
We have been told this can be in joint names, BUT we have also been told better to get in our individual names invade we need to use
Anyone out there able to assist or does it not matter? I thought better separately to avoid issues but...?

We done ours as a married couple, but individual prices were 800 Euro for my wife and 1000 Euro for me = 1800 Euro total, although we only have one policy myself and my wife are both named on the policy and have our own individual health insurance cards, whether there is any benefits of doing it individually I would not know, but each of us had to fill in our own health application forms, we used a insurance broker and went on their advice, I have read the policy details and all seems well and good and entitled to individual health care. It would be interesting to know what you have heard re individual policies and who from. Good luck in whatever you decide, stay safe and healthy.
