...we had arranged an appointment, being late isn't what we expect, we are now in the process of changing to santander, where a Spanish lady,couldn't have been more helpful, we will be emailing sabadell about our experience

I did enquire a while ago about santander UK,but the UK and Spanish santander are totally different companies, although they are both santander, which would have made things easier with direct debit
