Work out here is hard to come by as employing people is expensive. Much of the work is also seasonal and in the tourist trades. Assuming you don't spend more than 182 days here, (after which you will be tax resident in Spain) and have a long stay visa (you are limited to 90 days without, otherwise you will be an illegal immigrant), and have sorted out your private medical insurance (The EHIC, if it still exists in any form after Brexit, only covers you for holiday stays up to 90 days), you would be looking at very low pay if you can find any work at all.
Taken from the internet; "If you live in Spain for less than six months (183 days), you are classed as a non-resident and will only be taxed on the income earned in Spain. Your income is taxed at flat rates with no allowances or deductions.Jul 31, 2018". So you will need to register with the tax authorities here.
As a large majority of cleaning work is only available in the summer, you will have a lot of competition.
If you are working with children or the elderly you will have to have insurance and criminal record checks.
You will also need to have heating as most Spanish houses have little in the way of insulation and once the sun goes down, the temperatures rapidly follow.
If you had said you were going to be spending the winters here relaxing and enjoying yourself in the sun, which shines most days, I would be much more positive. Sorry.
