I am a Norwegian woman, retired, looking for a small house or apartment, 2-3 bedrooms on the ground or first floor. I have 2 cats, girls and both sterilised, and I have my own sofa and bed. I am a quiet person, do not smoke, and will a reliable payer.
I want to stay on the Orihuela Costa area, have made friends here. But I need a place where it is quiet, away from a main street and noise from bars and restaurants. Have a car, so am mobile.
Being retired means also I cannot have an expensive rent, but I will stay for long term and treat the home with love and care.
