Replace PVC sliding doors onto balcony. - 3 replies

New sliding doors from lounge onto balcony to replace present PVC double gazed doors. New doors with narrower frame. Also remove the step over and replace with sliders at floor level. At present the roll down outer blind is in the top of the door. These would not have to be renewed, but the compartment over door to be made good. I hope there is a good builder out there who can do this job. I live in La Florida area.

Hi I am in the process of purchasing a property in Queseda from a bank,(repossesion). The property price agreed was €255.000, I was originally told the tax would be 10% of the purchase price + notary and legal costs etc. The quotes I had were the notary €600, legal charges €1200 +. The total costs approx €282/€283k.

I received this this morning.

""The price of the property is 255.000 euros.
On the one hand you already paid 1500 euros reservation fee.So you would need to transfer:1. 253500 euros cost of the property.
2. the tax: 30.884,66€ (the amount is calculated based on reference value as it is higher and amounts to 308.846,66€, of that amount you have to pay 10%).
3. Registry, Notary, second occupancy licence, electricity, water etc., will be approximately 4500 euros.""
I feel I am being massively overcharged. I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance.
