YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

To the disgusting filthy, lazy inconsiderate human being or beings who decided yet again allow their dog to leave this stinking pile outside my gate and post box.

YOU GIVE DOG OWNERS A BAD REPUTATION

I know the disgusting person has a large dog and a medium dog or it may be two individuals only you know that.

It is your responsibility to pick up your mess regardless of whether someone is watching. I will be finding out my rights as to filming outside my property in future and tracking you down so enabling prosecution and putting your photos on line and notice boards so everyone in our village will know who you are.

This is not an acceptable way for anyone to behave.

This is only a small minority who are giving responsible dog owners a bad reputation.

Hi Vivienne,

I sympathize with you, we have the same problem in our area,

Unfortunately its the minority who give the majority a bad name.

Hopefully you can track them down and possibly post their parcel back to them in the future.

I'm sure they wont mind!

Sadly it is the same everywhere, in La Zenia there is one dog owner in particular that never picks up after their large dog does its business ( you can tell it is a large dog by the size of the poo), the whole area in the streets around La Zenia and Cala Capitan beaches are littered with the mess. Most people, ourselves included, always pick up but the disgusting few give us all a bad reputation.

Same thing happened outside our property this morning, when we left to go shopping at 10.30am this morning nothing pavement clean, when we came back 40mins later a pile of sh*te on the pavement.

This kind of thing boils my blood, if only I could catch them, this is twice now in as many weeks.

They need to be named and shamed.

Where I live it seems that it's definitely the majority of dog owners are as bad.

Hi Vivienne,

I think you're very generous to warn the perpetrators.  I'd put up the camera, identify the culprit and then deliver their package to their gate - unbagged, of course!  ;o)

Good luck!

Hi Kimmy,

Hahahaha Maybe you are right

I just want it to stop.

The main village street is for every one to enjoy and it's lovely to see the variety of dogs walking with their owners but this being ruined by quite a few who leaves the dogs mess in gate entrances, by post boxes and in the centre of pavements. When someone is looking they pick it up and then later  throw the mess complete with bags into the adjoining roads.

Unfortunately people are the same everywhere with dogs. We used to live in a semi-rural area in southern England, surrounded by woodland and heath where dog walkers used to go. After a period those of us who simply liked to walk - non dog owners! - noticed that all the low hanging tree branches were being decorated with plastic bags containing the results of dog excursions. That and the the unused Council gravel container at the end of our unmade lane was opened by a neighbour one day to discover that it was being used as a depository for dog excrement by aforementioned dog walkers.

I have no time for them - you have a dog, you want a dog - then deal with it.

As I think someone else has said, it's not the dogs, it's the owners.  Selfish morons who give the rest of us a bad name.

Last February, we pulled up alongside another dog walker to warn him that we'd seen Processional Caterpillar nests near to where he was walking his dog.  His response?  "Never mind the f*****g dog, what about me?!"  We wished we hadn't bothered and left, just feeling really sorry for the poor dog 🙄😔

Best wishes,

Kim

Hi Stephanie,

It is bad everywhere, I love dogs but I don't have one because of the work and responsibility involved. People who are not responsible owners are so inconsiderate and the rest of us pay when the local authorities have to clean up their mess.

Hopefully these posts may shame some people to behave like responsible citizens.

Kind regards

Vivienne
