Fellas, life will go on, the world will keep spinning and it’ll be different folks for different strokes. The UK as far as I’m concerned is the place to do business, it always has been and will be for a long long time. Sterling will gain in strength and those of us who have invested in it will prosper, will still be the folk who help keep Spain economy buoyant with the ‘British buck’, when the UK gets anywhere near the unemployment figures Spain endures, when it becomes no longer the place to invest, when we see inflation soar then we may have to reconsider..... but for 40 years + it’s done me well and nowhere else comes close. I can bet there is many EU states wishing they were as in as strong of a position. Yes, I’d rather we stayed part of the EU, but can appreciate the reason why folk felt the need to leave... watch this space, the UK won’t be the last !...
but stand up straight there at the back, stiffen that lip and grow some backbone, there’s a job to get done.
