Quiron Hospital Premium Card

If anyone has experience of the services offered on the Quiron card, costing 300€ a year, I would love to read your comments. I am a resident pensioner with full state health cover, but I have had the need to use Quiron lately due to the delays at Torrevieja Hospital, and also some problems with Cabo Roig Centro Salud. Without medical insurance, everything is expensive, so just trying to find the right solution. Thanks. 😎

Having quickly looked up Quiron Salud Premium card, which returns a site in English, it appears to be nothing more than a card entitling you to jump the queue for appointments, health check ups and so on. There is No mention of preferential rates for treatment.

From personal experience you get 10% off the cost of treatments/operations. There is a Premium Lounge for cardholders where you can wait for your appointment. It's worth a visit because the health advisers in the Premium Lounge can give you all the information and sign you up if you wish.
