Hi we are Barabara and Joe and we have just became owners of an apartment in Punta Prima and have just joined this site tonight .As I write from here in scotland the snow is pelting down and it is frezzing lol every thing is white and looks beautiful ,this time last week we were still in shorts in Puta Prima lol.

Hi Barbara and Joe ,we to have just had a cold evening to,got down to 7 degrees last night , but they say it be back to normal in a day or two, better get packing and on that plane.

Hi Barbara and Joe
As a young 59 year old, lol, I bought an apartment in Punta Prima in February last year. I am from Motherwell in Scotland.
It is in the new build at the AMAY development across rom the Chinese cash and carry as you head up the hill past captains table etc.
I am over about once a month and I have found out that there are a lot of places to go such as the bars and restaurants in la Florida, Cabo Roig, etc along with the local in Punta Prima.
I frequent Marco Polos when I am local and love Puccini s restaurant and Picasso although slightly pricey.
As I am myself, I go in to Cabo Roig a lot as the food, drink and company is enjoyable there and go with that crowd to the Friday beach party bar at Las Palmeris which I recommend you should try.
If you need any other info etc or want to meet up anytime just message me back and I will help where I can

Hi Alex thanks for your reply,we are I hope still young at heart even although we are 60 now and still working .We live in Kincardine Fife and know Motherwell very well as our very dear friends Margaret & Robert Dalziel live in Motherwell and my husband Joe (fire fighter ) is based within the H Q offices in Hamilton .
We were in Marco Polas a few times last week and we were twice in the one week at Picasso and I agree with you its lovely food .We were also at Dinastia Chinese resturaunt over the road not only is the grounds lovely walking into it,inside is lovely as well.I have to say it was the nicest Chinese meal I have ever had and It wasn't pricey ,staff were so friendly I honestly cannot wait to go back.
We hired a car that we picked up from the airport and drove around the area including Cabo Roig I fact we had lunch at the YOLO bar on the strip ,and we can imagine how busy this area would be come the summer .
Our apartment is not a new build so we need to do some work on the garden which we will get round to eventually .We hope to get back over mid in February and starting to pack already lol enjoy your break perhaps we can meet up one day when we are over at the same time.

Hi thanks for getting back to us ,and today's temp here in not so warm nor sunny Kincardine Fife is -2 deg.We have just been out for a walk in the crisp snow with so many clothes on we could hardly move .We are sitting in the front room with our log fire on and it looks like the snow is ready to cone on once again.
We have already started to pack our cases for our next trip to Punta Prima to cheer us up .

Hi Alex Joe and I will be over on March 21st for 10days so we will be over during some of your time you are there .Thats a great idea meeting up for a pint and a blether at Marco Palos , we will be in touch again before we leave to set up day and times with you.
I am jealous you are going over tomorrow lol and we have more days to work enjoy
