I am in the process of purchasing a property in Rafal because it is very Spanish, which is just what I love, but on another note is there a mix of different nationalities in Rafal too.  Oh, and are Spanish lessons available.  Any advice would be of great help.

Many thanks.

Diana

Most important are your own means of transport as public services are scarce and insufficient. Spanish is noty so difficult as it seems at firist sight. It took me three years w/o any lessons etc. from zero to the University. Face the challenge, it's a nice experience. To motivate our sons the learn English I took them to Butlin's at Minehead.

Get started on Duolingo for the spanish. Have friends who have learnt through that and always taking advantage of using spanish at every opportunity.

Cheers, J

I don’t know the area too well but I do know an English couple who live there and they love it.

If you arrived on 4th Jan you would be allowed 82 days including the 4th Jan.

So you are OK
