The guy at Viveros El Chorrillo is a professional garden designer.  He could cime to your place, check the area, wind, soil, exposure, etc ( for free) and then he can prepare a plan for you.

I'm gardener, in Aspe, so I enjoy your big project. You may need a quote. I had done it in my own garden, 2000m2, so approximatly, you could buy for 5k€ for trees about 5 years old, dense planting, more shadow, or you want more open space, so you can divide per 2. This price can be adjusted if bushes or shrubs are included.

Then you'll need irrigation installation, around 1500€.

Then material for bed or edge around plant, like wood or stone, or gravel. and most probably mulch against wild weed, like tissu, synthetic material. Add 500€.

The extra could be the installation of a fountain, or a small pond to bring birds and freshness. Or other ideas.

As you present it, the project is fascinating, and it has a cost, between something simple at €3000, and a rich project at €7000. By adding labor.

If you send me a pics of your garden taken from google map or other website, I could give it you back with some suggestion. Is your garden square, rectangular, or angular. Is it steep, differences in relief. And is it well screened to prevent local wildlife from entering, particularly rabbits which cause damage in the garden.
