I own a property in villamartin Costa blanca
Online bank accounts such as Wise with a EU IBAN. Wise uses a Belgian IBAN, other online banks are available. You can then set up your direct debits and transfer from your UK account to Wise who will pay them. You may need to go to some of the companies to set up the payment if they don't allow you to do it online but most of them do.

I would highly recommend Wise, I've used them to pay my bills since I bought my apartment 3 years ago and have never had a problem.
