Sending money to Spain

A majority of forum members now use Wise Online to transfer money to Spain. 

I've personally used them for over 10 years.

Use them all the time, their rates are great and all in all very competitive compared to the fancy app providers

I  would  transfer  funds to  Solicitors  Holdings account/Escrow. I  used this method  to purchase  my  wee Casa in Torrevieja.  It  cancel  out the need for Banker draft  from Spanish  Bank  on Completion  day  as Spanish  Banker draft  can run into  hundreds of  Euros. My  Solicitor  drew down funds  from his account  on Completion  day  as Notary  required  a Banker  draft  on the  day. I  have no Spanish  Bank  account  or never  will  to  expensive  to maintain  as previous  post have stated.  Use Wise or Revolt  for Domestic  bills with Standing order or Direct debit

I used Place in the sun currency to transfer money to the US - they had the best rate of all. For smaller amounts and for ease I use wise

I use Currencies Direct ,never had an issue,

We used them in June to buy our apartment. By far the best rate and very easy to deal with. Would recommend.

I have just sent money to Spain using XE currencies, and got a few more euros than Wise offered.  I would also try  Currencies Direct, no harm in getting prices, it can be surprising, a few more euros in you pocket.

I use currency direct they have place in lazenia very good rates use it all the time to send money  over just set up an account.
