hi all
i am looking for a broadband provider who wil supply on a pay as you go contract ie when you are not there you do not pay and when you are going over they turn back on for the duration ,may be a month minimum ?

I use DVBLab Communication. Switch on and off service. 149 installation and 19 a month. English company. They have a website up and running. Have a look see if it what you want 😉

You could also try https://www.avatel.es/ who have an office by AlCampo at La Zenia Boulevard and https://olecomunicacion.net/ who have an office on the n332 roundabout at La Zenia.

I also use avatel on off service. You send an email confirming the period you want broadband switched back on. It's 5 euros for the months you are not using. Very quick installation after visiting the shop in the boulevard. This was the 3rd company. The other 2 turned up for installation. Then said I couldn't get their service. I'm at blue lagoon. Villamartin
BVBlab offer a great service only pay for the time you use. We have used them for 10 years with no problems. They offer great back service. Switch on for 30 days cost 19 euros.

hi, yes spoke to them and they said for on/off contract you need a pole put up, but the reason we have been forced into fibre is the community has had to take down all masts and dishes as they said it was damaging roofs etc

I have DVBLAB installed recently they only erect a very small pole and a small receiver is also small. They can also fix it on Soluriam if facing right direction. They will call out to survey your property and they can tell if they have installed in your area

I use a 4g portable router with a Simyo simcard, so there's no connection fee. You can vary the amount of voice and data for the following month (i.e. the month following your billing day) from 2.50 euros a month to 17 euros. The max data is 100Gb for a month. When I'm there or someone is renting our apartment, I put it up to 100Gb for 17 euros and when I'm not, I wind it down to 2.50 euros. The max is fine for most users, but if you're streaming music or watching films all day long, it wont last your stay. We average about 8Gb a day if we watch any tv and only about 3Gb a day for normal life laundry. I think you can change your tariff 3 times for free, then there's a small charge each change
