Are you watching whatever TV channels on the firestick via a "questionable service"? i.e. getting Sky Sports etc in ES via IPTV when the channel is either UK Sky Sports or EI Sky Sports?
Such services generally need maintenance (clearing cache/data) and re-logging in or actually resetting the stick and re-downloading the applications that facilitate the service.
