Hello
We are buying a Villa in Loma Golf Villamartin which has a single water heater for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa.
We are concerned that this single heater will not be large enough to supply whole villa. The villa is approx 7 years old and need to find out if you would leave it on 24/7 or put it on a timer bearing in mind the electric costs. Are the newer heaters more thermally efficient as it may be worth changing over. We are also thinking of getting a separate electric shower which will heat the water separately.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Just wondering if anybody lives in Busot and knows any practicalities of living there and dealing with the town hall and such?
As I understand it the town has a large international presence as well as local one, is the town hall easily approachable and willing to grant works permits without too much fuss or cost?
How about the post, does that work via communal mail boxes or is there a place where we can get a PO Box?
Any other little details that may be of interest?

We are looking to move to the area and like a property in Alcalali which doesn't currently have a pool. The estate agent has said that in Alcalali they impose an extra tax which doubles the cost of putting a pool in. Can anyone advise whether this is the case or not please? Thank you.

Hi everyone.
Can anyone recommend a good but not very expensive installer air conditioner for Mutxamel area?
I could install conductor and invertor for 56m2 apartment. I have ready some communications but haven't conductor and invertor yet.
