Good Morning
Husband and are coming over mid June to look for a retirement property in Torre de La Horadada or San Pedro del Pinatar
NLV hopefully later in the year.
We didn’t get a great price on U.K. house and therefore our budget will be up to 200,000 Euros. 😥
Realistically we know that limits our Torre options to semi detached and terrace houses.
I have heard the sound insulation isn’t great in Spanish buildings.
It’s not great in Scotland either by the way….
My husband plays piano and guitar and we wouldn’t want off to a bad start with the neighbours.
Is sound and privacy a major issue , is insulation a big problem to address.
Hubby is handy with the DIY…
Are there other buying considerations you would recommend we might not have thought of being novice immigrant buyers. i.e. damp, electrics, boilers , given that there is no home report how do you check it’s a good buy.
Thoughts please…..
