we are trying to decide what to do with our terrace floor! Tile it or paint it?

Has anyone got some advice on which is the best procedure? Is it better to paint or tile it ourselves or should we get a professional involved?

Hi myself and my husband are looking to relocate to the torrevieja area in the next few months. We would really appreciate any advice on which areas that are nice to live and if there are any to avoid, we are both in our fifties and are looking for a house.
