As I understand it, in Spain it is illegal to photograph/record an on-duty police officer. If this is correct, can anyone (Jim?) please tell me, what is the legal situation regarding dash cams?
I have used one for some time in England - even getting a discount on my car insurance for having one - and following a recent near miss with an inebriated Spanish cyclist, I am wondering if I should acquire on to use here.
