My understanding is that only Residents are being allowed into Spain...this obviously excludes people with holiday homes

Just letting you know that Jim is no longer active on this forum & deleted his posts a while ago, the post you answered was from May 2018 so the info. might be out of date. Hopefully you can get some info elsewhere if this is the case
