I second Darro,s recommendation, and you are lucky to be in the right place as we travelled 100kms+ to see him. Lovely helpful chap and only 57€ each to draw a will up. Excellent service.

We used these for our wills, excellent service and made very simple. Was 57€ each 3 years ago.

I have emailed them myself as would like to make a Spanish Will.
Just waiting on information back from English solicitor, but it appears to be the best way rather than referring to the property in your English Will and complicating matters with any inheritance taxes in Spain.
Does anybody know if this can be done whilst not in Spain without the hassle of appointing a POA?
