TIE

I have my TIE card but have recently changed my address, do I have to go through the whole process again for a new card with new address on it?

I'd say it's up to you. If you feel better, do it. If you don't no one cares. Get a cerificate from "Empadronamiento" with you actaul address and that's it - costs nothing.
