Is there an estate agent called "Torres Finestrat" in Finestrat?

It is supposed to be next to the post office there.

Can anyone there confirm it is genuine please?

Torres Finestrat estate agency certainly is genuine and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in the local area.  We used them to purchase our own home here just a few months ago.  Their office is a few doors up the road from the post office.  Not always open at the moment though, so best to call or email before visiting.

Please send a personal message to me if you'd like to know more.

Hello Gordon,

Yes I spoke to Alessandro Algado a couple of weeks ago and sent him loads of info. He said he would go to the Town hall and to look at our plot that week but I've heard nothing from him and I saw a tv programme recently that advised NOT to send such documents over the internet and about how people can get duped into losing their property/land by doing that, so I am worried now.

Thank you Gordon.

I might be over reacting but it's our retirement at stake and we've worked so hard for it.

I will wait to hear from him again.

Alessandro Algado lives locally in a fabulous new house that he built with meticulous care and I can see it from my balcony.  His family has run the Torres Finestrat estate agency for many years and he knows just about everything there is to know about property and people in the area.

In my experience, journalists generally are a wholly unreliable source of factual information and sensible advice but I can understand your concern.  In this case there is nothing to be concerned about and I believe you will get an update from the agent soon.

Thank you so much Gordon,

I feel very reassured now and I am sure Alessandro will be in touch again as he was the first time.

I feel stupid at how that one programme and the nagging of a couple of friends here in the UK made me panic!
