Hi Jeff, the work needed is installing a boiler for hot water,electrics need upgrading,general decorating as not lived in for several years. I only purchased this house as an investment so as not to spend savings, I paid 30.000 euros and spent 6 thousand on the roof by a local Spanish builder.i will try and send pics on your email as I can't find anywhere for an attachment on this site.
